FILS' history

FILS was founded in 2017 by four partners who left Garrigues, Spain's largest law firm, to create a full-service law firm. They were soon joined by other partners from Baker McKenzie and GA_P.In just 7 years, FILS has become one of the major players in the Spanish legal industry, with legal professionals from both corporate and top-tier firms.

Complex matters are the firm's speciality. FILS advises on the main areas of commercial and corporate law and has extensive experience in specific business sectors, including real estate, sports and entertainment, energy and technology. Its lawyers typically advise PE & VC firms and start-ups on domestic and cross-border transactions.
