A lawyer since 2007, Javier Prieto has spent most of his career at Garrigues. He founded FILS in 2017 with several of his partners and he currently co-heads the Litigation and Arbitration department.
Javier is an expert in highly complex civil, commercial and criminal litigation and arbitration proceedings. He has also advised on some of the most important refinancing and insolvency proceedings in Soain. He is a lecturer in several Master's Degrees and Degrees in Law at various universities, business schools and legal institutions (ESADE, ISDE, ICAB, etc). He is also a regular speaker at numerous conferences, seminars and symposiums.
