Tax:

BUREN’s tax group covers all aspects of tax law applicable in the Netherlands and Luxembourg including all international tax issues and is fully integrated in all its other practices with a focus on corporate transactions, including M&A and intragroup reorganisations, investment fund structuring and employment & benefits related matters.


Real Estate:

BUREN’s Real Estate team has extensive experience in the development, redevelopment, construction, financing, purchase and lease of real estate projects. BUREN’s multi-lingual professionals are well equipped to assist international clients. In addition, the team is known nationally for its specialist expertise in foreclosure auctions of real estate. BUREN’s lawyers have extensive experience in proceedings, not just at courts and courts of appeal in the Benelux, including proceedings at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, but also as team players in cross border disputes.
