Cees-Frans, managing partner and lawyer at BUREN, focuses on advising clients on the Dutch and Luxembourg aspects of corporate and PEVC transactions, including spin-offs, international restructurings and corporate joint ventures. Cees-Frans also works with institutional and private clients on issues related to investment management.

Admitted to practice in Luxembourg (Liste IV).

Career

After obtaining a degree in tax and business law from Tilburg University (1994) Cees-Frans took a post-graduate course on European Fiscal Studies at Rotterdam Erasmus University in 1999.

Admitted to the Amsterdam Bar, member of the Dutch Bar of Tax Advisors, IFA and serving on the Tax Committee of the IBA.
