Brunini represents clients in all upstream and midstream operations including preparing drilling title opinions and division order title opinions; examining title for right-of-way acquisition; negotiating and drafting surface use agreements, leases, and exploration agreements; and satisfying all regulatory requirements for drilling, production, and operation of gas and liquid storage facilities and producing properties.
