Integrated by over 40 fee earners, this practice encompasses the areas of corporate and commercial, M&A, transactions and capital markets. It handles all aspects of transactional work and of capital market transactions, throughout all stages of the life-cycle of companies, both for privately held and for listed entities. The practice focuses on the small and mid-cap segment, both domestically and cross-border.
Arbitration & Litigation:
The dispute resolution team, which features some 40 professionals, consists of the practice groups arbitration and litigation and debt collection. It acts before all local, cantonal and national courts across all linguistic areas of Switzerland. The arbitration team also counts on various experienced arbitrators who act on international and national arbitrations.
Financial Services:
Advising financial services providers is one of the firm’s strength. The 30 specialists who compose this practice area advise international and Swiss banks, insurance companies, independent asset managers and other financial services providers of all sizes, who operate nationally and globally, across a broad range of legal and regulatory issues.
Taxation:
The firm’s department provides tax advice on transactional, corporate, capital markets and financing matter, as well as on estate planning and private taxation matters. It also represents clients before tax authorities and in court.
