In addition, we advise our clients on acquisitions and sales of companies or businesses (M&A), private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings, debt financing and related tax issues. We are also a recognised representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange AG pursuant to Art. 58a of the Listing Rules.
