Barbara Jecklin specialises in finance matters, covering mainly corporate debt finance, structured finance, asset finance (including real estate finance) and acquisition finance. She advises on corporate and general commercial law issues.
She is able to offer her in depth legal expertise to clients who, at the same time, benefit from her long standing experience which she gathered throughout her tenure at a major international bank, enabling her to understand and facilitate pragmatic and holistic solutions.
