Provides coordinated representation in all aspects of healthcare law, including reimbursement/coverage issues, Stark regulations, anti-kickback matters, fraud and abuse counseling, regulatory issues, false claims defence, HIPAA/ health privacy advice, RACs, telemedicine, and e-health.

Insurance & Reinsurance:  

Advises US and European insurers, reinsurers, and brokers on multi-state licensing projects, tax issues, regulatory compliance matters, and state investigations. Counsels clients on cross-border acquisitions including public company employment.

International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution: 

Represents parties in international commercial arbitration, treaty-based, and concession-based investor-State arbitration, and State-State arbitration.
