John focuses on trade relief proceedings, including antidumping and countervailing duty matters, customs, and matters before the Office of the US Trade Representative.

John represents clients in matters before the International Trade Commission and the US Department of Commerce. He also has significant experience in handling matters before the Office of the US Trade Representative including matters related to Section 301. John has worked with Mexican companies for over 20 years and has extensive experience in matters involving imports from Mexico, including multiple trade matters involving steel products.
