THE FIRM Anthony Gold is a multi-specialist firm based in London with a national reputation. It has a large specialist social housing team taking on complex litigation involving the rights of social housing tenants and leaseholders. One partner co-drafted the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 and the firm well-known for its work on housing conditions.

Contentious Probate: with active members of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Lawyers, the firm has expertise in disputes involving the validity of wills and breaches of trust. The team has a considerable reputation in dealing with complex multi-party Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 cases.

Court of Protection: the team is regularly instructed where there are intra-family disputes involving the finances of persons lacking capacity.
