ZUZA SAVOFF is a partner in the firm’s New York office. She focuses her practice on the tax aspects relating to structured finance, securitization and fund formation. Zuza’s principal areas of experience include residential and commercial mortgage-backed securitization, asset-backed securitization, real estate mortgage investment conduits, securitization of non-performing and re-performing loans, CLO and CRE CLO transactions, servicer advance financings, MSR financings and synthetical securitizations. Zuza also has broad experience representing domestic and foreign hedge funds.
Zuza received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her L.L.M in taxation from New York University School of Law.
