Zohar Lande is the head of the firms’ Dispute Resolution Department. Boasting over 20 years of experience, he is considered one of Israel’s most renowned litigators.
Zohar brings to the firm his knowledge and experience in leading some of the most complex and sensitive commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings in Israel.
His experience also extends to representing cases in various judicial institutions outside of Israel. These cases include arbitration, mediation, and other ADR procedures.
Zohar's cases cover a diverse range of legal matters. It is this extensive understanding of the many different aspects of corporate, commercial, and administrative law that enable him to formulate bespoke litigation strategies for his various clients.
Zohar acts for both international and Israeli corporations, public and private companies, governmental entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
He represents clients at all Israeli court levels, including before the Supreme Court of Israel.
