Ariella Dreyfuss is a senior partner in the M&A Department at Barnea Jaffa Lande.

Ariella represents international and local private equity, venture capital and corporate ventures, private and public companies and local entrepreneurs, predominantly in the Hi-Tech space, as well as in the field of data centers and low-tech industries.

With a deep knowledge and understanding of the law and the local market, and with a pragmatic approach, Ariella guides her clients in structuring, drafting and negotiating complex multi-layered corporate and commercial agreements, establishing strategic partnerships, raising capital, cross-border mergers, share and asset acquisitions, and distribution, franchise, licensing, manufacturing and supply agreements, all while considering each client’s unique commercial concerns.
