Gal Rozent

Gal Rozent is a partner and the head of the Antitrust and Competition Department at Barnea Jaffa Lande.

Gal advises leading global and local companies operating in all areas of industry, as well as public institutions. He collaborates with top foreign law firms as an integral part of this counsel.

His extensive expertise includes representing clients in competition law proceedings before the Competition Authority Director-General, the Israeli Competition Tribunal, and the various courts. He also represents the firm’s clients in regulatory and legislative proceedings, including before relevant Knesset committees and government ministries.

Gal advises the firm's clients on competition matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, monopolies and restrictive arrangements, and his experience also extends to representation in administrative and criminal investigations, hearings and proceedings. As an expert in the antitrust and competition area, Gal regularly lectures at various conferences, seminars and forums.
