In the field of trade, Ms. SHEN has represented a lot of Chinese enterprises and Chinese government in international trade remedy cases, including but not limited to anti-dumping investigations, countervailing investigations, safeguards investigations and WTO dispute settlement. In the field of investment, she has participated in many government research projects on cross-border investment legislation, and has represented many Chinese enterprises and foreign clients in their cross-border investments. In the field of cross-border compliance, she has provided legal advisory services, risk assessment, due diligence and compliance system related services to many Chinese state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.
