Mr. Fu has represented numerous domestic and foreign enterprises in the international trade remedy cases such as Anti-dumping investigation, Countervailing investigation, Safeguard measures initiated by the Chinese Government and other WTO members. He has acted as legal counsel in quite a few transnational merger & acquisition transactions and the involving industries include but not limited to mineral resources, real estate, IT, machinery manufacturing, food & beverage, automobile, etc.
