Career

叶智锷律师具有十多年的国土资源、房地产开发、城市更新、产业发展领域法律服务经验。主要为政府机关以及国企如深圳市特区建工集团有限公司、深圳地铁物业管理发展有限公司、深圳市天健（集团）股份有限公司等提供法律服务。当前，叶律师团队正在为深圳宝龙专精特新优质产业园项目、龙岗区园山优质产业空间试点项目、平湖跨境电商产业园项目三个“工业上楼”项目提供全流程法律服务。

Ye Zhie has over 10 years' experience advising on land and natural resources, real estate development, urban renewal and industrial development. He has provided legal services to government authorities and state-owned enterprises including Shenzhen Special Zone Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Metro Property Management Development Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Tianjian (Group) Co., Ltd. He currently leads a team providing full-process legal support for three "Industrial Upgrading" projects:the Shenzhen Baolong Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Industrial Park Project, the Longgang District Yuanshan High-Quality Industrial Space Pilot Project, and the Pinghu Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park Project.
