执业期间主攻公司商事、金融领域重大疑难案件，典型案例包括：代理最高院二审5.5亿元债权转让纠纷案、省检抗诉的国企改制股权再审案、不动产权登记行政纠纷案（确认 3260.24㎡宗地物权），均获胜诉；代理5000万元民间借贷仲裁案，促成仲裁和解后推动债务人破产重整，实现全流程债权清收；代理2.5亿元大额执行案，精准查控财产并妥善处置执行中衍生的多宗执行异议、执行复议及执行异议之诉案件；代理1.5亿元银行金融借款系列案，化解多主体多担保复杂争议，保障金融债权。

Typical cases include: Represented a RMB 550 million creditor's rights assignment dispute case by the Supreme People's Court, a retrial of equity disputes protested by the provincial people's procuratorate, and an administrative dispute over real property right registration (confirming the property right to a 3,260㎡ land parcel); a RMB 50 million arbitration, facilitating an settlement and subsequently initiating the debtor's bankruptcy reorganization; a RMB 250 million enforcement case, accurately controlling the debtor's assets and handling multiple lawsuits against enforcement objections; and a series of RMB 150 million financial loan disputes for a banks.
