2018年至今，先后代理多起重大复杂案件，包括2018-2019年中国某资产管理公司标的额5.5亿元重大债权转让合同纠纷（最高人民法院二审终审支持我方全部核心诉求）、2019年深圳市某房地产公司工会国企改制股权纠纷再审案（再审维持原判决）及深圳市某公司不动产权初始登记行政纠纷（二审维持原判，确认当事人3260.24平方米宗地合法物权）、2022年至今甘肃某置业有限公司与益田集团标的额5000万元民间借贷合同纠纷仲裁案（经深圳国际仲裁院审理达成和解，后因被执行人无财产可供执行申请其破产，目前处于破产重整阶段，实现全流程债权清收）及深圳某公司标的额2.5亿元执行案（精准查控财产并排除部分执行阻力）、2024-2025年深圳市某银行标的总额约1.5亿元金融借款合同纠纷系列案，面对各类复杂争议与多重程序考验，凭借精准的策略制定、扎实的法律论证及专业处置能力，全面维护了各当事人的债权、担保权益及合法物权等核心权益。

From 2018 to present, we have successively represented multiple major and complex cases: 2018-2019 RMB550m creditor’s rights dispute (upheld by the Supreme People’s Court with precise litigation strategies), 2019 SOE restructuring retrial and real estate registration administrative dispute (original judgments upheld), 2022-present RMB50m lending arbitration against Yitian Group (facilitated settlement via Shenzhen International Arbitration, initiated its bankruptcy for no enforceable assets, now in reorganization for full-cycle recovery) and RMB250m enforcement (seized assets and removed obstacles), 2024-2025 RMB150m financial loan cases. We fully protected clients’ core rights with professional capabilities including strategy-making and legal argumentation.
