何畔律师先后毕业于深圳大学法学院、美国印第安纳大学摩利尔法学院。何畔律师于2018年5月加入广东君言律师事务所，于2024年3月晋升广东君言律师事务所合伙人，现任广东君言律师事务所争议解决委员会副主任。

何畔律师主要业务领域为民商事争议解决及土地类/房地产类公司合规治理，作为主办律师代理的涉外诉讼案件获评“2024年度深圳律师一带一路领域典型案例”，参办的非诉项目获评“2024年度深圳律师环境与资源领域典型案例”。

Attorney He Pan received her LL.B. degree from the School of Law, Shenzhen University, and LL.M. degree from the Maurer School of Law, Indiana University. Attorney He Pan joined Guangdong Junyan Law Firm in May 2018 and was promoted to Partner in March 2024. She currently serves as Deputy Director of the Dispute Resolution Committee of Guangdong Junyan Law Firm.

Attorney He Pan’s primary practice areas include civil and commercial dispute resolution and corporate compliance and governance in the land and real estate sectors. Foreign-related litigation matters handled by her as lead counsel were recognized as “2024 Shenzhen Lawyers’ Typical Cases in the Belt and Road Initiative Practice Area”, and non-contentious projects in which she participated were selected as “2024 Shenzhen Lawyers’ Typical Cases in the Environment and Natural Resources Practice Area.”
