During his tenure as Director of the court's adjudication department, he has concluded thousands of cases and adjudicated more than 300 execution disputes. He is familiar with the theoretical and practical processes of execution. After practicing as an attorney, Mr. Xi served as the legal advisor to many large enterprises, providing full legal services for daily management and project development, and solving financing problems for many real estate development projects and large enterprise technical reform projects, by finding business partners and entrusting loans.
