Career

During his JD studies, Mr. Sun interned as the Assistant Director of the legal department in a large state-owned enterprise in Beijing. Attorney Sun has worked in a large, state-owned bank and has accumulated a wealth of financial experience.

Mr. Sun has focused on commercial litigation and arbitration since he began practising. He has provided legal services for prominent companies and represented clients in over a hundred cases, some of which involved complex disputes about factoring and asset management, and some carried significant influence before the Supreme People's Court of the PLC. Mr. Sun was selected by the 21st Century Business Herald and other media as a "Gold Medal Lawyer" in the field of financial dispute resolution in 2021. He teaches as a practice instructor of law at Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

In addition to his focus on commercial litigation and arbitration, Mr. Sun has provided legal consulting services for numerous enterprises and advised his clients in M&A transactions and debt restructuring.
