Mr. Yuzhou Yang is a Board Member of Dentons China, a Member of the Advisory Committee of Dentons China, the Head of the IP & Technology Innovation Practice Group of Dentons China, and the Co-Lead of the TMT Industry Committee of Dentons China. He also serves as a Member of the Management Committee of Dentons (Shanghai) Law Firm , Vice Chairman of the Public Welfare and Social Responsibility Committee of the Shanghai Internet Association, and Director of the Dentons (Shanghai) Public Opinion Response and Governance Legal Research Center. Mr. Yang Yuzhou has over 20 years of professional experience and is one of the few leading experts in China with a strong engineering background as well as dual qualifications as both a lawyer and a Patent Agent. 代理多起最高人民法院再审案件并胜诉；主办多起国内首例及行业标杆案件，包括标准必要专利侵权、直播数据不正当竞争、网红带货商业诋毁等；在商业秘密刑民交叉保护、反向混淆商标侵权、标识类知识产权高额赔偿案件中取得突破性成果；率领团队在十多件案件中取得超过百万元的赔偿。同时针对复杂的中国互联网舆论环境和企业面对的负面舆情应对难点，建立国内首个舆情治理与应对法律研究中心，支持上海市互联网业联合会举办三届反网络暴力大会，在负面舆情应对与处理方面为国内的领先律师。

Represented multiple retrial cases before the Supreme People’s Court, achieving favorable judgments; led numerous domestic first-of-their-kind and industry benchmark cases, including those involving standard essential patent infringement, unfair competition related to live-streaming data, and commercial defamation in influencer marketing campaigns; achieved groundbreaking results in cases concerning the integrated criminal-civil protection of trade secrets, reverse confusion trademark infringement, and high damage awards for identifier based intellectual property rights; led a team that secured total compensations exceeding RMB one million in more than ten cases. Concurrently, in response to the complexities of China’s internet public opinion environment and the challenges companies face in addressing negative publicity, established the country’s first Legal Research Center for Public Opinion Governance and Response; supported the Shanghai Internet Industry Association in organizing three Anti-Cyber Violence Conferences; recognized as a leading lawyer in China in the field of negative public opinion response and management.
