Fan Xingcheng is a senior partner of the Dacheng Law Firm, the leader of the capital market business in China for Dacheng, and the director of the Securities Professional Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. Fan has been recognized as a leader in the Asia-Pacific region by Chambers and Partners in 2013 and has been featured in "Chambers Asia-Pacific". He was listed as one of the 100 outstanding international lawyers recommended by the Legal Press for the China Contemporary International Lawyers. Fan was awarded the "A-List" legal elite in commercial law in 2019, and has been a recommended capital market lawyer in Legal500 from 2020 to 2026. He was also honored as an outstanding mediator in the disputes of securities, funds, and futures industries of the People's Mediation Committee of Shanghai in 2020, a recommended lawyer by Chambers in 2023-2026, and a member of the Shanghai Arbitration Association and the current member of the Qingdao Arbitration Commission.

Lawer Fan has over twenty years of experience in IPOs, private equity investment, bonds, and derivative securities in both domestic and international markets. In addition, Lawer Fan provides domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition legal services for domestic and foreign clients. Before joining Dacheng Law Firm, Lawer Fan held middle-level positions in a large state-owned enterprise, taught law at a university in Nanjing, and served as a legal advisor in a local Hong Kong securities law firm.
