Practice Areas
Yutaka Miyoshi has focused on the area of intellectual property litigation for both domestic and international cases, including infringement of patent, trademark, copyright and trade-secrets. He has also been engaged in a number of cases involving unfair competition, as well as product liability litigation. His experience covers a broad variety of industries, such as semiconductors, telecommunications, medical drugs, biotechnology-related products, game software, internet-related business and entertainment including sports business. He also has a wealth of experience in handling arbitration at the ICC/JCAA.
