Yutaka Miyoshi has focused on the area of intellectual property litigation for both domestic and international cases, including infringement of patent, trademark and copyright, and he has also been engaged in a number of cases involving unfair competition, as well as product liability litigation. His experience covers a broad variety of industries, such as semiconductors, telecommunications, medical drugs, biotechnology-related goods, game software, Internet-related business and entertainment including sports business. He also has a wealth of experience in handling arbitration at the ICC/JCAA.
