Chen Youyou is currently a partner at Jinghe Law Firm, specializing in M&A, investment and financing. Ms. Chen has represented investment institutions in the establishment, investment, and risk resolution of financial products such as RMB funds, US dollar funds, trusts, asset management plans, asset-backed securitirization, or bills. She has also served as a lawyer for the financing party, providing legal services such as financing, improvement of the enterprise's internal systems and structures, and the establishment of domestic and overseas listing structures.
Ms. Chen has provided comprehensive legal services, including legal due diligence, transaction structure design, and deal negotiation, for a range of cross-border and domestic M&A projects. These include the joint acquisition of U.S. company TDI by SAIC and Yinlun Shares (SZ.002126), the strategic investment by Jiaoxin Fund in Shengyang Technology (SH.603703), Yicun Investment's acquisition of a subsidiary of Huabao Hong Kong Fund, Agile's strategic investment in Zhongmin Financial Services, Hana Structured Investment in New Ease, and Puyue Investment's acquisition of the Renren Building.
