Career
Mr. Wen Congjun began his legal career at AllBright Law Offices in 2010 after completing his graduate studies in Economic Law at East China University of Political Science and Law. He was promoted to partner at AllBright in 2015 and subsequently rose to senior partner in 2017. In 2024, he co-founded Jinghe Law Firm alongside Mr. Sun Lin and Mr. Zhao Yanchun, where he serves as one of the managing partners.
温从军律师自2010年华东政法大学经济法研究生毕业加入锦天城，于2015年晋升锦天城合伙人，2017年晋升锦天城高级合伙人，并于2024年与孙林律师、赵艳春律师联合创办璟和律师事务所，担任管理合伙人。

George Wen is the founder and managing partner of Jinghe Law Firm. He specialises in M&A, private equity, and domestic and international listings.
Mr. Wen serves as the director of the Shanghai Bar Association’s M&A practice research committee, a visiting professor at the College of Law of the East China University of Political Science and Law, a consulting expert for civil and administrative cases at the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, and an independent director at Anji Food.
Mr. Wen has been consistently recognized as a leading lawyer in the fields of capital markets, M&A restructuring, private equity, and healthcare & life sciences by globally renowned legal media, such as Chambers and Partners, China Business Law Journal, IFLR1000, The Legal 500, LEGALBAND, and DAWKINS. Projects under his stewardship have consistently been honoured with “Deals of the Year” awards by CBLJ and Asian Legal Business, and have been selected as classic cases by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
