Mr. Sun Lin began his internship at AllBright Law Offices in 2000, became a full-fledged practicing lawyer there in 2006, and was promoted to Senior Partner in 2014.

In 2024, he co-founded Jinghe Law Firm, where he serves as Managing Partner and Chairman of the firm.

Mr. Sun Lin is the Managing Partner and Founding Partner of Jing He Law Firm. His primary practice areas include securities and capital markets, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investment. Mr.Sun also serves as the Deputy Director of the Securities Business Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association, an External Graduate Supervisor at East China Normal University, an Adjunct Professor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, and an External Expert at the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange.

Mr. Sun has handled a series of influential securities and M&A projects. He has been recognized globally by leading legal media such as LEGALBAND, LegalOne, and LvXinShe as a Specially Recommended Lawyer for M&A and Restructuring in the Securities and Capital Markets field, listed among the Top 15 M&A Lawyers Preferred by Clients, and acknowledged as a Leading Lawyer in the Capital Markets (Equity Financing) sector. Notably, the Shanghai Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.'s acquisition of Zhongxin Real Estate, which he handled, was selected as an ALB Annual M&A Deal.

In the field of securities-related M&A and restructuring, Mr. Sun has participated in multiple industrial M&A projects involving advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, biopharmaceuticals, mining enterprises, and the hotel industry. Key projects include, but are not limited to:

• The cross-border acquisition of Nikkiso's CRRT business by the controlling shareholder of Tianyi Medical (301097.SZ).

• The restructuring of Limache Industry with Xingxing Technology (300256.SZ)

• The M&A integration of the hotel management business between Greenland Holdings (600606.SH) and Mingyu Commercial Travel

• The cross-border acquisition of Pneuride by Ruima Precision (002976.SZ)

• The acquisition of an AI computing power service company by Longyu Co., Ltd. (603003)

• The acquisition of an AIDC computing power enterprise and the reverse takeover of Luoman Co., Ltd. (605289.SH) (ongoing)

• The sale of control in Qitian Technology (300061.SZ) (ongoing).

• The acquisition of a domestic enterprise by a European heat exchange industry leader (ongoing).

Furthermore, Mr. Sun has been involved in over a dozen cases related to IPOs, private placements, public bond issuances, and New Third Board listings. Completed projects include the IPOs of Youcai Resources, Aladdin, and Tianyi Medical; the U.S. listing of Shengda Automotive; and the convertible bond projects of Changqing Co., Ltd., Youzu Interactive, and Xianhe Co., Ltd., as well as the private placement of Miaokelan Duo. He is currently handling more than twenty IPO projects, including those for Xinpa Intelligent and a low-altitude economy industry company, and provides ongoing legal services to over ten listed companies.
