Personal

Mr Zhu Yongrui, LLB, China University of Political Science and Law, and LLM, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), has been practising since 1992. He is a PRC-qualified lawyer, and has passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination of England and Wales.

Mr Zhu is FCIArb and FSIArb, a member of the ICC “Belt and Road” Commission, a director of the China Arbitration Law Academy.

Mr Zhu has taught Anglo-American Evidence Law, International Arbitration Law, and English Contract Law at leading universities and also served as a master’s supervisor in international arbitration at Tsinghua University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Renmin University of China, and China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr Zhu has handled a substantial number of international commercial and investment disputes in the field of international dispute resolution, as counsel and arbitrator in BAC, CIETAC, DIAC, HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, KCAB, LCIA, SCC, SIAC, and VIAC proceedings seated in London, Paris, Vienna, Geneva, Zurich, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubais.

Mr Zhu has been repeatedly invited to serve as an arbitrator/judge in the Willem C. Vis Moot finals in Vienna, Hong Kong, and London.

International Academic Exchange and Teaching：

2026, Speaker at the seminar on “Interim Injunctions in Cross-border Commercial Disputes” jointly organised by the Supreme Court of Singapore, the Singapore International Commercial Court, and the Singapore Academy of Law, delivering a featured presentation on “The Injunction Regime under Chinese Law.”

朱永锐律师毕业于中国政法大学和伦敦政治经济学院，是中国执业律师，并通过英国（英格兰和威尔士）律师资格考试（Solicitor），现为英国皇家特许仲裁员协会资深仲裁员（FCIArb）、新加坡仲裁员协会资深仲裁员（FSIArb）、ICC国际商会仲裁院“一带一路”委员会委员、中国仲裁法研究会理事。

朱永锐律师在北京大学、清华大学、中国政法大学、中国人民大学、社科院大学、华东政法大学、对外经济贸易大学、上海交通大学和中南财经政法大学等高校，以及“全国涉外律师高级研修班”和“司法部全国涉外仲裁人才培训班”讲授“英美证据法”、“国际仲裁法”和“英国合同法”。并在清华大学、北京外国语大学、中国人民大学和中国政法大学担任国际仲裁专业方向硕士研究生导师。

朱永锐律师在国际争议解决领域，处理了大量国际商务和投资争议。在北京国际仲裁中心、中国贸仲委（CIETAC）、迪拜国际仲裁中心（DIAC）、香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC）、国际商会ICC仲裁院、国际投资争端解决中心（ICSID）、大韩国际商事仲裁院（KCAB）、伦敦国际仲裁院（LCIA）、斯德哥尔摩商会国际仲裁院（SCC）、新加坡国际仲裁中心（SIAC）、维也纳国际仲裁院（VIAC）、意大利米兰国际仲裁院等国际仲裁机构担任出庭律师和仲裁员，在伦敦、巴黎、维也纳、日内瓦、苏黎世、维也纳、新加坡、香港和迪拜等多地出席仲裁庭。其所承办的中东电站工程伦敦仲裁案和国际货物买卖巴黎仲裁案，连续两届入选全国律师协会和北京律师协会经典涉外案例。
