Lawyer Sui Yijing, currently the director of W&H Law Firm (Chongqing) and the rotating chairman of the Southwest Region, is also a member of the Chongqing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and an arbitrator of Chongqing Arbitration Commission, and holds a Vietnamese lawyer's license. - Conducting due diligence for China Galaxy Asset Management Co., Ltd. on the acquisition of distressed asset packages from Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd. Chongqing Branch, Zhong’an Anxuan Security Industry Development Co., Ltd., and other entities, involving complex legal relationships and a total amount exceeding CNY 1 billion.
- Providing specialised legal services for Chongqing Haojiang Construction Development Co., Ltd.’s issuance of the second tranche of 2022 medium-term notes, totalling over CNY 10 billion, which supported government platform companies in attracting investment.
- Offering legal services for Chongqing Hechuan City Construction Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.’s private placement of short-term corporate bonds to professional investors in 2022, with a project scale of over CNY 20 billion, significantly impacting Hechuan District.

Recognising the importance of globalisation, attorney SUI has proactively enhanced her capabilities in international legal services amid “the Belt and Road” initiative and China’s “Going Global” strategy. She has successfully handled numerous cross-border investment projects and major international cases.
For instance, she provided specialised legal services for Sailun Group Co., Ltd.’s investment in Vietnam for a project to produce 1.2 million sets of all-steel radial tyres and 30 thousand tons of off-the-road tyres annually. This significant project, valued at over CNY 10 billion, is a key focus under the “China-ASEAN Free Trade Area” and “the Belt and Road” policies. She has also published relevant works such as Guide to Preventing Legal Risks in Vietnam Trade and Investment (越南贸易投资法律风险防范指南).
In 2019, attorney SUI obtained her legal practising certificate in Vietnam and has established robust cooperation with various international law firms. She values international collaboration and has led, organised, and participated in numerous foreign cooperation activities, such as the “W&H Law Firm Assisting the Belt and Road Legal Services Entering ASEAN Highlands” inspection tour and hosting 12 delegations from ASEAN government officials, including Secretary of State of Ministry of Justice (deputy ministerial), Deputy Director General of General Directorate of Judicial Development in Cambodia, Officials of the Supreme Prosecutor’s Officers of Myanmar; hosting the Level 1 Architect of Thailand Rinradar; signing a comprehensive legal service cooperation memorandum with Singapore BR Law Firm.
