Yi Shin Tang

Yi Shin is a highly experienced legal advisor on a wide range of international trade issues, with a comprehensive track of representing companies and industry associations in trade defense investigations (antidumping, safeguards and public interest exceptions) before Brazilian trade authorities (DECOM, SECEX, CAMEX, MDIC), as well as on various issues related to tariff and non-tariff barriers to trade.

He is also an experienced professional in competition law, with an extensive expertise in antitrust investigations, merger controls, consumer protection and industry regulation.

In addition to his legal career, Yi Shin holds a tenured position as a Professor of International Law at the University of São Paulo, as a leading scholar in the field of international trade. He has an extensive record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and specialized publishers in this field, including the Journal of World Trade, Kluwer Law International and Oxford University Press.
