Former lawyer from L.O. Baptista Advogados and Atelier Jurídico Luiz Olavo Baptista, where she assisted Prof. Luiz Olavo Baptista on matters regarding International Commercial and Investment Arbitration and International Trade Law. Obtained an LL.M. at Harvard Law School (Cambridge – US), where she focused her studies on International Trade Law and alternative dispute settlement resolution mechanisms. Former intern at the Research and Complementary Studies’ Program in International Trade Law of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Geneva, Ms. Tomimatsu holds a PhD in International Trade at the University of São Paulo’s Law School (USP).
