Xie Yeman is a Senior Partner at Dentons (Shenzhen) and Vice Chair of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association Data Compliance Committee. She holds multiple professional certifications, including CISP-PIP, EXIN DPO Lawyer, and Data Transaction Compliance Officer.

(1)Compliance Management System Construction and ISO 37301 / ISO 37001 Certification Advisory for EVE Energy Co., Ltd. Attorney Xie advised EVE Energy on the construction of its compliance management system and ISO 37301 and ISO 37001 certification. By integrating ISO standards with the company’s business operations, her work addressed key compliance gaps in areas such as data protection and export controls, while enhancing corporate governance and anti-bribery compliance in support of ESG performance. With her guidance, EVE Energy has been building a comprehensive and efficient compliance framework. In November 2025, the company successfully obtained ISO 37301:2021 / GB/T 35770-2022 and ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certifications, becoming the first enterprise in China’s lithium battery industry to achieve certification under all three standards simultaneously.

Integrity and Compliance Risk Assessment Project for Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Company Limited: Attorney Xie Yeman led an integrity and compliance risk assessment for a Hong Kong-listed state-owned pharmaceutical company with global operations, focusing on environmental compliance and anti-fraud. The project included the development of targeted compliance guidelines and the establishment of anti-bribery and environmental compliance systems, while coordinating PRC, EU and U.S. regulatory requirements to support ESG disclosures and cross-border compliance.
