Career

Founding partner of Statim. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association, he develops his practice primarily in contentious matters and the areas of Sports Law and TMT. He represents clients in all types of legal proceedings, in matters of civil, commercial, contentious-administrative, as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings. He has extensive experience in complex legal procedures, including those related to EU and competition law, having also acted as an expert in Spanish law before foreign jurisdictions. His experience includes filing extraordinary cassation appeals before the Spanish Supreme Court and has intervened in proceedings before the Constitutional Court. He also advises stakeholders in the sports and entertainment industry on contractual, regulatory, and disciplinary matters. He has intervened in more than 140 international arbitration proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, based in Lausanne. He is a member of the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the International Boxing Association.

In the business field, he regularly advises companies from various industries, also in the audiovisual and technological sector on issues such as the negotiation and commercialization of audiovisual rights and products, preparation of image rights contracts, sponsorship contracts and all kinds of agreements related to the development of software and technology.
