Xiaolian Bao

Ms. Xiaolian Bao has served as legal counsel for numerous large state-owned enterprises, banks, asset management companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises. She has successfully conducted due diligence and contract design for investment and financing projects on behalf of various financial institutions. Specializing in corporate legal services, she possesses extensive experience and professional expertise in investment and financing for financial institutions, compliance review of banking operations, corporate governance and compliance advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate financing, with an outstanding track record.

Ms. Xiaolian Bao joined JunZeJun Law Offices in 2017. Prior to that, she worked at the Legal Affairs Department of Jilin Native Produce, Animal By-Products Import & Export Group Co., Ltd., where she served as Director of the Legal Affairs Department. She began practicing law at Jilin Beizhen Law Offices in 2002 and became a founding partner of Jilin Jicheng Law Offices in 2005.
