Mr. Li Fayin has represented major Chinese exporters and exporting industries in dozens of antidumping, countervailing and safeguard investigations conducted by foreign governments, including United States, EU, Canada, Australia, India, Mexico, South Africa, Indonesia, Pakistan and New Zealand etc, and the products and industries covered include steel products, chemical products, machinery and electronics products, light-industrial products, mineral products, textiles products pharmaceutical products and food products etc. Mr. Li Fayin has assisted the clients to obtain zero or low margins in these investigations. Mr. Li Fayin also successfully represented overseas investments of Chinese enterprises to deal with trade investigations.
Mr. Li Fayin has been retained by the Chinese government as the government counsel in many WTO dispute settlement cases and countervailing investigations. Mr. Li Fayin assisted the Chinese government in trade disputes with major trade partners in trade regulations, trade administrations and individual cases.
