The main practice area of Mr. Li Fayin is international trade remedy investigations， including antidumping, countervailing and safeguard measures, as well as WTO dispute settlement cases.
Mr. Li Fayin has represented major Chinese exporters and exporting industries in dozens of antidumping, countervailing and safeguard investigations conducted by foreign governments, including United States, EU, Canada, Australia, India, Mexico, South Africa, Indonesia, Pakistan and New Zealand etc, and the products and industries covered include steel products, chemical products, machinery and electronics products, light-industrial products, mineral products, textiles products pharmaceutical products and food products etc. Mr. Li Fayin has assisted the clients to obtain zero or low margins in these investigations.
Mr. Li Fayin has also been retained by the Chinese government to represent it as the government counsel in many WTO dispute settlement cases, countervailing investigations and trade barrier investigations. Mr. Li Fayin has been ranked as the leading Chinese lawyer in international trade law by Chambers & Partners and WHO'S WHO LEGAL.
