He has acted for clients in many high-profile, complex cases. He is an arbitrator of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.

- As a lawyer of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, represented it in a case of trade secret infringement of large-scale chemical plant with a domestic enterprise.
- Represented a multinational in a trade secret infringement dispute against a Chinese company (LCD glass substrate technology).
- Represented General Electric Company (USA) and General Electric (China) Co., Ltd in a trade secret and copyright litigation against a Chinese company. This case was awarded as one of Ten Best IPR Protection Cases in 2008 by Quality Brands Protection Committee under the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (medical facilities).
- Acted as counsel for the patentee of the U.S. standard-essential patent package in an antitrust and standard-essential patent licensing conditions litigation with a well-known Chinese manufacturer of cellular telecommunication products.
- Acted as counsel for an internationally recognized pharmaceutical manufacturer in a product liability dispute with a patient arising from an adverse drug reaction.
- Represented an internationally recognized producer of crop chemical products in a complex product liability dispute with a domestic producer of a certain kind of seeds and farmers arising out of seed coatings.
- Represented a number of internationally renowned automobile manufacturers in disputes with domestic consumers arising from product liability of vehicles (involving engines, airbags, brake systems, ABS, drive shafts, circuit systems (spontaneous combustion), etc.).
- Represented an internationally renowned railroad component manufacturer in a series of disputes between it and its domestic joint venture partner arising from the joint venture, involving complex disputes over the investment agreement, transfer of equity, validity of the company's resolution, the company's seal, and the company's day-to-day operation.
- Represented a well-known domestic new energy battery manufacturer in a series of disputes between it and its joint venture partners arising from the joint venture and cooperation, involving complex disputes such as investment agreements, disputes over the capital contribution of the company, the validity of the company's resolution, the company's business registration, shareholders' infringement on the interests of the company, shareholders' infringement on the interests of the creditors, the restriction of the rights of shareholders, and shareholders' removal from the company's name.
- Represented IBM, Siemens and other large multinational companies in large arbitration cases arising from cooperation, technology development, technology licensing, product quality and other matters.
