Ms. Liu is the Senior Partner of FenXun, Beijing office. As the lead litigator for many multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies, Honghuan Liu specializes in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, especially in technology-related litigation and cross-border disputes such as trade secrets, patents, standard-essential patent rate determination and related antitrust and product liability, including dispute resolution strategies and solutions, litigation and arbitration proceedings, settlement negotiations, and related public relations crisis management.
