As the lead litigator for many multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies, Honghuan Liu specializes in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, especially in technology-related litigation and cross-border disputes such as trade secrets, patents, standard-essential patent rate determination and related antitrust and product liability, including dispute resolution strategies and solutions, litigation and arbitration proceedings, settlement negotiations, and related public relations crisis management.
