William advises both employers and employees in relation to all aspects of employment law and, additionally, in relation to such issues as consultancy, directorship and employment status. He will represent his clients in both non- contentious and contentious matters including settlement negotiations and Employment Tribunal proceedings.
William has additionally developed a practice specialism in the education sector, with a particular focus upon Academy conversion and governance.
William is a highly experienced Partner in the firm, and an employment law and education law specialist.
William's objective in advising clients is to always try to blend legal/technical advice with tactical and practical emphasis. Central to William's approach is his belief in getting this balance right, leading clients through the complexities of the law, while doing so in a real-world way.
William is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
