WILLIAM MASSEY is focused on securities offerings, equity derivatives and corporate law matters. He has been actively involved in the structured note market for many years, including the development of new structures with linkages to an array of underlying measures, such as equities, commodities, currencies and hedge funds. He has represented dealers in a variety of equity derivatives, including those employed by issuers in share repurchase programs. Mr. Massey regularly advises dealers on trading issues relating to various equity structures, such as convertible bonds and concentrated equity positions.
