William defends and prosecutes high profile criminal cases of immense seriousness, complexity, sensitivity and notoriety.

As a highly regarded Prosecution Counsel, William specialises in legally complex multi-defendant homicides, Serious Fraud, drugs and historic sexual offence cases, where he utilises his meticulous preparation and eye for detail.

William applies the same skills when Defending. He is recognised for his characteristically robust, but equally sensitive and sympathetic jury-friendly advocacy and Client care.

William’s recent cases include the Prosecution of a multi-defendant murder which resulted in the largest number of convictions for murder in a West Midlands Police investigation since the mid-70s, the Prosecution of South Wales schoolgirl who was convicted of the attempted murder of two teachers and pupil at a West Wales Secondary School and the Defence of one of South Wales’ most notorious murderers.

Recent fraud cases include the Prosecution of a three-trial, multi-defendant complex International £26m Money Laundering fraud. William also advises companies and individuals on a wide range of criminal and regulatory matters.

William has been an advocacy trainer for over 21 years and continues to do so.

William has also been interviewed and featured in a number of ‘true crime’ television documentaries, and continues to contribute to ongoing productions.
