Henrietta has spent her career specialising in the most serious and sensitive cases in the criminal courts. She both prosecutes and defends. Her work spans the full range of criminal practice, from murder, people-trafficking, rape and child abuse to money laundering and fraud.

Since taking Silk in 2023, Henrietta has accepted instructions in cases involving homicide, rape, child abuse and other allegations of serious sexual offending. She has conducted large and paper-heavy trials concerning murder, drug trafficking, money laundering and other serious organised crime. She is frequently instructed to advise on complex and sensitive matters from an early stage and has considerable experience in the complexities of confiscation proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, both from a prosecution and a defence perspective.

Henrietta has a wealth of experience in cases involving allegations by children or otherwise vulnerable witnesses. She has a keen command of the developing law and practice in this specialist area.
