William Hof

William is the fourth generation of Hofs involved in the real estate, construction and development industry.

His family owns Hof Construction Inc., a St. Louis commercial general contractor established in 1911. William himself worked for Hof Construction for many years and was a member of Union Laborers Local 110.

Today, in his legal practice, William continues to use that deep-seated knowledge to focus on transactional matters regarding real estate, development, construction, and financing law.

He regularly represents local, national, and international clients in all aspects of their real estate needs, including:

- Real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

- Office, warehouse, industrial and retail leasing.

- Construction contracting and construction administration.

- Development of complex mission-critical real estate assets and facilities.

- Facilities management.

William also has extensive experience representing lenders in commercial real estate loans.
