Wiesław Oleś focuses on delivering thorough legal and tax counsel to private clients. He assists Polish entrepreneurs with succession planning, and has for many years successfully overseen the establishment of family businesses for some of Poland’s leading entrepreneurs listed in "Forbes" and "Puls Biznesu", as well as their intergenerational transfer. He provides legal and tax advisory services to firms operating on both domestic and international markets, including Luxembourg, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, and the Netherlands.

Wiesław Oleś brings over 30 years of experience to the table in restructuring processes for capital groups, including family foundations, closed-end investment funds, and foreign companies. He has advised on numerous occasions in the area of financial law and the capital market, particularly for investment funds and public companies.

Throughout his distinguished career, Wiesław Oleś has spearheaded a number of innovative legal projects, including the creation of Poland’s largest private investment fund and Poland’s first cross-border merger.
