Krzysztof specialises in managing complex, multi-faceted legal projects concerning capital group restructuring, business reorganisation and shareholder relations for commercial law companies and partnerships. He provides strategic advice to business owners and both domestic and international capital groups, oversees national and international capital structures, and advises on M&A transactions. He possesses considerable expertise in resolving corporate disputes. Throughout his career, Krzysztof has spearheaded many innovative legal projects, including Poland's first investment loan for a closed-end investment fund and the establishment of Poland's first family foundation (No. 1).

Krzysztof is the author of the BeckDirect modules (within the Legalis system of CH Beck publishing) containing practical guidance on limited liability companies.
