Joanna serves as a strategic advisor to business owners concerning family wealth management and generational wealth transfer, particularly through the use of Polish family foundations. She advises on succession planning projects and the restructuring of investment vehicles for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. She provides legal advice on complex multi-jurisdictional projects involving, for example, Luxembourg, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, and the Netherlands.

Joanna is the author of the BeckDirect modules (within the Legalis system of CH Beck publishing), which contain practical guidance on limited liability companies, and she also co-authored the Commentary to the Act on Investment Funds.
