He serves as the Head of the Restructuring and Insolvency Team at Guangdong Lianjian Law Firm and currently holds the position of Part-time Deputy Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Bankruptcy Administrators Association.

Under his leadership, the team has successfully handled numerous bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation cases. His extensive experience in this field includes representing creditors in filing claims and participating in bankruptcy proceedings; representing debtors in filing for bankruptcy or applying for compulsory liquidation; and handling bankruptcy-related derivative litigation, such as bankruptcy revocation actions, reclamation right disputes, and bankruptcy claims confirmation lawsuits. Additionally, Mr. Zhou frequently acts on behalf of restructuring investors to guide them through complex corporate restructuring processes.
