Donglin Gu brings over 30 years of legal experience,spanning government legal affairs,corporate compliance,and law firm management.He has carved out a distinguished career that seamlessly integrates theoretical research,high-stakes practice,and industry governance.During his tenure with the Legal Advisory Office of Shenzhen Construction(Investment)Holding Corporation and the Legal Affairs Department of the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau,Mr.Gu spearheaded the drafting and revision of 12 local regulations,including the Shenzhen Regulations on Construction Project Quality Management.He also led the formulation of the Shenzhen Model Text for Construction Contracts.

In 2003,Mr.Gu transitioned to full-time private practice and subsequently founded Guangdong Lianjian Law Firm in 2007.Under his leadership as Managing Director,the firm has become a South China benchmark for construction and real estate legal services,earning consecutive accolades from prestigious industry journals."
