Nianjun Zhou

Senior Partner at the Firm and previously served as the Chairman of the Management Committee for its first and second terms. He obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil and Commercial Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.

With over 20 years of practice since 2004, Mr. Zhou focuses primarily on civil and commercial dispute resolution. He is a recognized specialist in real estate, finance, and investment law, with extensive experience handling complex civil and commercial disputes.

Reflecting his professional standing, Mr. Zhou has served as a member of the Non-Performing Assets (NPA) Disposal Legal Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, the Execution and NPA Disposal Legal Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, and as a legal expert for the Shenzhen NPA Disposal Association. Furthermore, he has been selected for the legal panels of numerous major financial institutions, including the Shenzhen branches of Agricultural Bank of China, Hua Xia Bank, Bank of Communications, China Zheshang Bank, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, as well as China Resources Bank.
