Vineetha MG has extensive experience in advising clients on private equity investments, cross-border and domestic M&A, and banking and financing transactions. Vineetha is widely experienced in advising onshore and offshore funds which invest in several sectors. Vineetha represents and advises, various private equity investors. She has also assisted clients on a broad range of financing matters, including project finance, corporate finance, microfinance, securitization, structured products and pre-litigation strategies.
Vineetha regularly advises clients on issues arising out of corporate governance, domestic anti-corruption laws as well as foreign anti-corruption laws such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, 1977 and the UK Bribery Act, 2010, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing transactions.
