Vineetha is widely experienced in advising onshore and offshore funds which invest in several sectors. Vineetha represents and advises, various private equity investors. She has also assisted clients on a broad range of financing matters, including project finance, corporate finance, microfinance, securitization, structured products and pre-litigation strategies.
Vineetha regularly advises clients on issues arising out of corporate governance, domestic anti-corruption laws as well as foreign anti-corruption laws such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, 1977 and the UK Bribery Act, 2010, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing transactions.
